On obtient une pur\u00e9e bien dense (avec laquelle on peut former des boulettes) \u00e0 laquelle il faut rajouter les petites crevettes et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba (avec vapeur douce si vous disposez d\u2019un four vapeur).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sur une plaque, disposer une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et disposer les boulettes de pur\u00e9e dessus.
