D\u00e8s que le lait bout, verser le riz \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux environ 20 minutes (12 mn dans la recette mais cela d\u00e9pend beaucoup du type de riz utilis\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand le riz est presque cuit, retirer la cannelle et le citron et ajouter le sucre. M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement et laisser cuire 2 minutes de plus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ma petite touche personnelle c\u2019est de rajouter \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson 250 ml de lait bien froid pour stopper la cuisson et \u00e9viter que le riz se transforme en pur\u00e9e. M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement et r\u00e9partir dans nos plats de service.
