R\u00e9server sur un plat au chaud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire dorer dans la m\u00eame sauteuse l\u2019oignon avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, en ajoutant un peu d\u2019eau si le m\u00e9lange devient trop sec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Remettre le poulet dans la sauteuse avec le safran, le citron confit d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux, un petit verre d\u2019eau (l\u2019eau ne doit pas compl\u00e8tement couvrir le poulet), un peu de poivre.
