css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280835828{background-color: #fff0dd !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour 6 moules de 75 ml<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour les flans<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">275g de bisque de crustac\u00e9s (ou\u00a0 de homard ou de sauce crustac\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">25g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 petits oeufs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Un peu d\u2019huile pour les moules<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour accompagner<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Un bouquet d\u2019asperges vertes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 belles crevettes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb3\/4&Prime; css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour les flans<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba, chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre les oeufs et ajouter progressivement la bisque de crustac\u00e9s. Bien fouetter puis ajouter la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dilu\u00e9e dans une petite quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Huiler 6 moules individuels et y verser la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner pour 35\/40 minutes, en v\u00e9rifiant la cuisson, une pique doit ressortir propre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser retomber au four avant de sortir et de d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour l\u2019accompagnement<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">S\u00e9parer les pointes de 6 asperges. Faire sauter les pointes dans 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, elles doivent rester al dente. Saler et poivrer. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper le reste des asperges en tron\u00e7ons et les faire sauter dans 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tout juste tendres.
