Oter du feu et ajouter les feuilles de g\u00e9latine bien essor\u00e9es. M\u00e9langer pour la faire fondre compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans chaque demi-sph\u00e8re, verser une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e de coulis de fruits de la passion, le coulis doit recouvrir le fond du moule. Mettre au frigo pour que la g\u00e9latine commence \u00e0 prendre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper le foie en petits cubes qui rentrent dans le moule retenu et conserver la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature pour qu\u2019elle ne fige pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e8s que la gel\u00e9e au frigo est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement prise, d\u00e9poser un cube de foie gras puis le recouvrir de gel\u00e9e.
