R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu doux le miel avec le lait et le sucre roux, en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps pour bien dissoudre tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer les farines avec les \u00e9pices et le bicarbonate. Ajouter alors le lait sucr\u00e9 et m\u00e9langer, \u00e0 peine ce qu\u2019il faut pour que tous les ingr\u00e9dients soient m\u00e9lang\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans les moules, saupoudrer de sucre en grains et enfourner pour 15\/18 minutes, en v\u00e9rifiant la cuisson en piquant au centre.
