J\u2019ai envie de l\u00e9gumes nouveaux, color\u00e9s et pas de 8 bottes de blettes dans mon panier bio.<\/p>\n<p>Alors apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9puis\u00e9 les classiques (blettes et pommes de terre vapeur), la <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=57\">Tourte de P\u00e2ques italienne<\/a> s\u2019est invit\u00e9e puis un <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=351\">crumble de blettes au jambon sec<\/a> puis un <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=433\">velout\u00e9 de blettes \u00e0 l\u2019avoine<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Et puis je me suis souvenue de cette recette vue dans un magazine dans une salle d\u2019attente o\u00f9 les blettes \u00e9taient adoucies par de la pomme. Les d\u00e9couper en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire dorer \u00e0 feu moyen pendant environ 5 minutes et quand \u00e7a colore, ajouter la pomme rinc\u00e9e et d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en petits cubes. Cuire encore 5 minutes puis rajouter les blettes. Saler, poivrer et laisser les go\u00fbts se m\u00ealer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire dorer dans une po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse les amandes en les remuant pour leur \u00e9viter de br\u00fbler.
