Ajouter 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et m\u00e9langer environ 2 minutes, le m\u00e9lange doit \u00eatre parfum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les carottes et couvrir \u00e0 peine \u00e0 niveau d\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e et laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert environ 20 minutes, en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Quand les carottes sont tendres, \u00f4ter le couvercle et laisser r\u00e9duire la sauce une quinzaine de minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors la coriandre et les noix de cajou.
