Saler, poivrer, pinc\u00e9e de muscade \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la viande.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Placer dans chaque pochon form\u00e9, 2 tranches de chorizo, 2 pruneaux et une petite branche de romarin.
