Les \u00e9bouillanter 2 minutes dans de l\u2019eau bouillante et bien les s\u00e9cher. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hacher les viandes avec l\u2019oignon nouveau \u00e9pluch\u00e9, le persil, l\u2019\u0153uf, la courgette.
