Laisser s\u2019\u00e9goutter dans une passoire quelques instants avant de le mixer finement en pur\u00e9e. Saler et poivre \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt avant de r\u00e9partir dans 3 petits plats \u00e0 four pr\u00e9alablement graiss\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mettre le lait \u00e0 bouillir avec du sel, du poivre et de la noix de muscade.
