Ajouter alors le citron confit, la coriandre, les raisins et les olives. Donner un bouillon et laisser reposer 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser dans le fond de 2 papillotes individuelles 2 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es de pr\u00e9paration et par-dessus un filet de dorade, peau en dessous touchant la pr\u00e9paration. D\u00e9poser sur la chair 2 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es de pr\u00e9paration et refermer avec le 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> filet de dorade, c\u00f4t\u00e9 chair en bas cette fois-ci.
