Les faire dorer en commen\u00e7ant par l\u2019ail, puis l\u2019oignon et enfin poireau et poivrons dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une cocotte pouvant aller au four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba, chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e8s que les l\u00e9gumes sont dor\u00e9s, y ajouter le riz, bien m\u00e9langer et ajouter le safran, le piment\u00f3n, saler et poivrer \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le bouillon chaud dessus et amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
