Ajouter les \u00e9pices, le bouillon, l\u2019oignon et le chou-fleur. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser cuire environ 30 minutes, le chou-fleur doit \u00eatre bien tendre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Egoutter les l\u00e9gumes en conservant leur liquide de cuisson. Les mixer finement en rajoutant progressivement du liquide de cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8re et velout\u00e9e.
