Coup\u00e8r en\u00a0 2 dans la hauteur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huiler d\u2019olive et y faire dorer l\u2019ail \u00e0 feu doux. Ajouter les artichauts et les faire dorer 5 minutes en les remuant sans arr\u00eat. Saler, poivrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter la peau du citron confit d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en petits d\u00e9s et les olives d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en 6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser le vin blanc, donner un bouillon, baisser le feu et laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert \u00e0 feu doux environ 20 minutes.
