Ajouter alors le jambon de Paris d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en gros cubes et le faire dorer \u00e0 son tour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors le lait et le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux environ 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oter une partie du lait de la cocotte et mixer finement le velout\u00e9 en ajoutant un peu de lait au fur et \u00e0 mesure pour ajuster la texture qui doit \u00eatre cr\u00e9meuse et onctueuse. R\u00e9server \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire griller au four le pain saupoudr\u00e9 de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.
