Faire chauffer l\u2019huile dans une petite cocotte et y faire dorer l\u2019oignon puis y ajouter le riz et le nacrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Ajoute le bouillon et les pistils de safran, amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 couvert environ 20 minutes (\u00e0 v\u00e9rifier d\u00e8s 15 mn en fonction de votre riz).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le turbot<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire dorer les filets de turbot sans les surcuire. R\u00e9server au chaud entre 2 assiettes et d\u00e9glacer la po\u00eale avec le Cava, ajouter les pistils de safran. Gratter les sucs et laisser r\u00e9duire, il ne doit rester qu\u20191\/3 du liquide avant d\u2019ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide.
