R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher et d\u00e9germer l\u2019ail et le d\u00e9couper finement. Faire dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et ajouter les oignons \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en fines demi-lunes. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux moyen avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien dor\u00e9s.
