css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba, chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Frotter le citron sous l\u2019eau chaude et le d\u00e9couper en 6 tranches \u00e9paisses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Graisser tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement une papillote en silicone ou des feuilles de papier cuisson et y d\u00e9poser les tranches de citron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser par-dessus les filets de bar, peau contre les tranches de citron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ciseler la coriandre fra\u00eeche et la m\u00e9langer \u00e0 une pinc\u00e9e de sel, \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, un peu de poivre et la coriandre en poudre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tartiner la chair du bar avec ce m\u00e9lange, fermer les papillotes et enfourner pour 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser reposer hors du four pendant 5 minutes avant de servir bien chaud.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>Bon profit!<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>Quelques petits details qui comptent\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;
