Ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf battu, le sucre de citron et m\u00e9langer bien au fouet la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter progressivement la farine et le sel et p\u00e9trir vivement pendant 5 minutes environ, la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre lisse et douce et ne pas coller aux mains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te dans un saladier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9 et enrober la p\u00e2te d\u2019huile puis couvrir d\u2019un linge propre et laisser reposer 2 heures dans un endroit ti\u00e8de.
