Sinon vous pouvez l\u2019utiliser tel que. Question de go\u00fbt et de public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e9langer le rhum \u00e0 500ml de jus d\u2019ananas et faire chauffer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e9langer la g\u00e9latine en poudre selon les indications et rajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration chaude. Bien m\u00e9langer, filtrer et verser dans un siphon de 1 litre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ins\u00e9rer une cartouche et bien secouer. Conserver au frigo au moins 3 heures en secouant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour l\u2019ananas caram\u00e9lis\u00e9<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019ananas et en \u00f4ter le c\u0153ur fibreux puis d\u00e9couper en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire mousser le beurre dans une grande po\u00eale et y ajouter la vanille fendue en 2 et gratt\u00e9e. Laisser infuser \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux 2 ou 3 minutes avant d\u2019ajouter le sucre roux.
