Noir, vert, semi-ferment\u00e9s, chacun est d\u00e9licieux et correspond \u00e0 des moments de d\u00e9gustation diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p>En cuisine, il y en a un que je trouve tout particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant c\u2019est le Lapsang Souchong, un th\u00e9 fum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, je l\u2019ai gliss\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un riz au lait pour lui donner un petit air diff\u00e9rent mais absolument d\u00e9licieux. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux environ 15 minutes et ajouter le sirop d\u2019agave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e9langer et ajouter le th\u00e9 dans un filtre bien nou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Prolonger la cuisson d\u2019environ 15 minutes. Oter le nouet de th\u00e9 et v\u00e9rifier la cuisson du riz. Prolonger si besoin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps, chauffer le jus d\u2019ananas et le laisser r\u00e9duire, il ne doit rester que 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de liquide. Ajouter cette r\u00e9duction au riz cuit ainsi que la petite tasse de lait bien froid. Couvrir de papier film au contact et laisser refroidir ou ti\u00e9dir selon vos go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019ananas et d\u00e9couper en petits d\u00e9s.
