Laisser tremper 15 mn dans de l\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire dorer les noix de cajou dans une po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire dorer les \u00e9pices 10 \u00e0 20 secondes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les oignons nouveaux \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et finement \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Les dorer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors le riz bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et m\u00e9langer avec les oignons \u00e9pic\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les petits pois et les crevettes, tout m\u00e9langer. Ajouter 400ml d\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e et amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 2\/3 minutes. Saler et couvrir.
