Les \u00e9goutter et les placer dans de l\u2019eau glac\u00e9e. Puis \u00f4ter la fine peau blanche am\u00e8re qui les entoure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tourner les artichauts en \u00f4tant les feuilles pour ne garder que le c\u0153ur tendre. Les couper en 2 et les placer au fur et \u00e0 mesure dans un saladier rempli d\u2019eau fra\u00eeche et du jus du \u00bd citron pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019ils ne noircissent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher les oignons nouveaux et les d\u00e9couper finement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire revenir les oignons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e8s qu\u2019ils sont dor\u00e9s, ajouter les artichauts \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et les petits pois. Saler, poivrer et ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes dilu\u00e9 dans un petit verre d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15 minutes environ puis ajouter enfin les f\u00e8ves par\u00e9es.
