Du coup ce couscous de printemps revient souvent sur notre table aux beaux jourscar pour moi c\u2019est un concentr\u00e9 de saveurs de printemps\u00a0:o)<\/p>\n<p>En plus, en associant semoule de bl\u00e9 et l\u00e9gumineuses, on obtient un plat vegan ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien riches en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales qu\u2019aucun carnivore refusera de go\u00fbter.<\/p>\n<p>Moi je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re manger mon couscous de printemps ti\u00e8de ou chaud mais Polyanna et son papa disent que froid fa\u00e7on taboul\u00e9 c\u2019est encore meilleur. Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la fourchette pour bien enrober les grains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire bouillir l\u2019eau avec le bouillon et le sel, ajouter le beurre et laisser bouillir. D\u00e8s que \u00e7a bout, verser sur la semoule, bien m\u00e9langer et couvrir d\u2019une assiette. Attendre 5 minutes puis \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette, \u00e9grener la semoule. Couvrir \u00e0 nouveau et attendre 2 minutes de plus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Faire cuire les petits pois 7 minutes \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Egoutter et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire bouillir les f\u00e8ves 1 minute puis les r\u00e9server dans de l\u2019eau glac\u00e9e. Oter la petite peau am\u00e8re et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oter la partie dure des asperges vertes et les d\u00e9couper en 3 ou 4 morceaux puis les faire sauter rapidement \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un grand saladier m\u00e9langer la semoule, les f\u00e8ves et les petits pois.
