Mais parfois on fait des infid\u00e9lit\u00e9s \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=235\">Monsieur Blop<\/a> pour pr\u00e9parer des pains aux temps de pousse r\u00e9duits en utilisant de la levure de boulanger.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques essais, voici le r\u00e9sultat. Bien m\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les farines m\u00e9lang\u00e9es et m\u00e9langer bien \u00e0 nouveau avec la cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Passer la p\u00e2te sur le plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 puis p\u00e9trir \u00e9nergiquement environ 5 minutes, la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre lisse, souple et \u00e9lastique, sans coller aux mains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir d\u2019un linge propre et laisser reposer quelques minutes, le temps d\u2019huiler un moule \u00e0 cake rectangulaire de belle taille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Y d\u00e9poser d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te en lui donnant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement une forme adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 celle du moule.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir d\u2019un linge et laisser pousser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te d\u00e9borde l\u00e9g\u00e8rement du moule.
