Ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide, saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien \u00e9goutter les feuilles de g\u00e9latine et les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration chaude. M\u00e9langer pour bien r\u00e9partir la g\u00e9latine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Monter le blanc en neige et le rajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration aux asperges en 2 fois pour conserver le maximum d\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser dans des moules \u00e0 mousse pr\u00e9alablement pass\u00e9s sous l\u2019eau et bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s.
