Egoutter et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon et les d\u00e9couper en fines demi-lunes et les faire dorer \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter alors le curcuma, le miel, les raisins secs et remuer 2 minutes pour lib\u00e9rer les ar\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e9langer la viande d\u2019agneau hach\u00e9e avec les raz el hanout et 2CS* de coriandre , du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Former 20 boulettes de la taille d\u2019une grosse noix et les d\u00e9poser sur les oignons dor\u00e9s. Ajouter le bouillon v\u00e9g\u00e9tal dilu\u00e9 dans de l\u2019eau, il faut \u00e0 peine recouvrir la pr\u00e9paration de liquide. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen vif pendant 35\/40 minutes, la sauce doit \u00e9paissir.
