Enfourner \u00e0 210\u00ba, d\u00e9part \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au bout de 90 minutes, sortir la cocotte du four et v\u00e9rifier qu\u2019il y a suffisamment de liquide (sinon rajouter un peu d\u2019eau ou de bouillon chaud).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Repartimos las ciruelas y acabamos colocando las ramas de estrag\u00f3n y de romero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cubrimos con el litro de cerveza, metemos la tapa y horneamos a 210\u00ba, empezando con el horno fr\u00edo. Ajuster en sel et poivre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner \u00e0 nouveau pour 60 minutes \u00e0 120\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au bout de ce temps de cuisson, la sauce doit \u00eatre bien r\u00e9duite et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement nappante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Si votre sauce est trop liquide, vous pouvez soit la faire r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu vif soit remettre au four sans couvercle pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la garniture<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nettoyer les pommes de terre \u00e0 l\u2019eau et entourer chaque pomme de terre de papier d\u2019alu puis placer dans le four \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la cocotte.
