Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire dorer l\u2019\u00e9chalote avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hacher en morceaux pas trop petits les crevettes et y ajouter l\u2019\u00e9chalote cuite, le gingembre, la coriandre et l\u2019\u0153uf. M\u00e9langer et ajuster en sel et poivre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter enfin la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et m\u00e9langer pour bien amalgamer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser reposer 20 minutes au frigo film\u00e9 au contact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00ba chaleur tournante et farcir un moule en silicone de petites demi-sph\u00e8res avec la farce. Cuire 20 minutes et attendre 5 minutes hors du four avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la sauce<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans une petite casserole, faire r\u00e9duire le vinaigre balsamique et le sucre roux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une pr\u00e9paration un peu sirupeuse.
