Fermer le siphon, enclencher une cartouche et bien secouer.<br \/>\nR\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au moment de servir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faute de siphon, monter la cr\u00e8me bien froide au batteur. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le tartare<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Passer rapidement les fraises sous l\u2019eau et les s\u00e9cher sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les d\u00e9couper en petits d\u00e9s et les arroser d\u2019un trait de jus de citron.
