Y ajouter quand elle est pr\u00eate le vin blanc et le jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le liquide puis ajouter le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et r\u00e9chauffer pendant 2 minutes en m\u00e9langeant bien. Puis ajouter la cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8re et chauffer \u00e0 feu doux encore 2 minutes. Saler et poivrer et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Saisir les Saint Jacques maximum 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 selon leur taille avec \u00bd cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser les Saint Jacques dans les assiettes, napper de sauce et d\u00e9corer de ciboulette cisel\u00e9e.
