Et je n\u2019en mentionne que certains.<\/p>\n<p>Du coup quand j\u2019ai vu que Jamie Oliver avait <strong>SA<\/strong> recette de velout\u00e9 de courge j\u2019ai fil\u00e9 en cuisine. J\u2019ai juste choisi d\u2019utiliser ma cocotte minute apr\u00e8s avoir fait revenir les l\u00e9gumes pour gagner du temps et avoir ma pr\u00e9paration pr\u00eate en 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9tail important: Jamie Oliver n\u2019\u00e9pluche pas sa courge butternut et le r\u00e9sultat est bluffant car on ne sent pas la peau une fois mix\u00e9 et en prime la texture est plus onctueuse sans autre rajout. Sans parler que \u00e7a \u00e9vite la corv\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9pluchage\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Depuis, je brosse bien les butternuts, j\u2019enl\u00e8ve si je vois des meurtrissures et hop, direct dans la cocotte.<\/p>\n<p>Connaissiez-vous cette recette de Jamie Oliver? css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer l\u2019oignon \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et grossi\u00e8rement cisel\u00e9 avec l\u2019ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et d\u00e9germ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le c\u00e9leri sans fil et coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s, avec les feuilles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au bout de 2 minutes, ajouter les carottes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en grosses rondelles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au bout de 2 minutes c\u2019est au tour de la butternut, d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en gros cubes avec sa peau apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 lav\u00e9e et avoir \u00f4t\u00e9 les graines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter la sauge, le thym, l\u2019eau, un peu de sel et le piment entier si nous n\u2019aimons pas trop piment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fermer la cocotte minute et compter 12 minutes apr\u00e8s mise en rotation de la soupape.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser retomber la pression et mixer finement <strong><u>en \u00f4tant le piment<\/u><\/strong>, en ajoutant un peu d\u2019eau pour ajuster la texture, bien \u00e9paisse, c\u2019est notre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rectifier en sel, poivre, piment pour avoir la petite \u00e9tincelle qui pla\u00eet bien et servir bien chaud, avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, des feuilles de sauge s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e9miett\u00e9es et des graines de courge toast\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>Bon profit!<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>Quelques informations plus ou moins utiles<\/em><\/p>\n<p>*cc: cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb11028&Prime;
