Saler, poivrer, ajouter le curry et le sirop d\u2019agave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien m\u00e9langer puis ajouter les pois chiches \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s de leur eau de trempage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fermer la cocotte et compter 20 minutes apr\u00e8s mise en rotation de la soupape, \u00e0 feu doux, puissance 2 si vous pouvez la r\u00e9gler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le riz<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rincer le riz plusieurs fois dans une passoire sous l\u2019eau du robinet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans une casserole, mettre la badiane et la cardamome l\u00e9g\u00e8rement concass\u00e9e. Rajouter le riz et couvrir d\u2019eau froide + 1 cm au-dessus du niveau du riz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Baisser le feu et couvrir d\u2019un torchon pli\u00e9 recouvert d\u2019une assiette ou d\u2019un couvercle.
