Egoutter et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans le bouillon chaud, ajouter le safran. M\u00e9langer puis ajouter la g\u00e9latine bien essor\u00e9e et m\u00e9langer pour bien la faire fondre. Laisser ti\u00e9dir un peu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour les oeufs poch\u00e9s<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019eau avec le vinaigre. Mettre au frigo le temps que la g\u00e9latine prenne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser ensuite l\u2019oeuf poch\u00e9.
