Avec du bacon et de la mozzarella la vie est plus belle dit-elle alors je me suis jet\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019eau et c\u2019est plut\u00f4t app\u00e9tissant :o)<\/p>\n<p>Vous aimez les tartes sal\u00e9es? Ajouter le lait et p\u00e9trir juste ce qu\u2019il faut pour former une boule de p\u00e2te \u00e9lastique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te et froncer un moule graiss\u00e9 si besoin avec un peu d\u2019huile. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la garniture<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rincer l\u2019aubergine sous l\u2019eau et bien la s\u00e9cher. La d\u00e9couper en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande po\u00eale et faire revenir \u00e0 feu moyen l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et finement d\u00e9coup\u00e9s. D\u00e8s qu\u2019ils colorent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ajouter les petits d\u00e9s d\u2019aubergine, le thym et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019ensemble soit tendre mais sans partir en pur\u00e9e.
