Et pourtant en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les radis roses on les croque plut\u00f4t direct mais ces jours-ci on a plut\u00f4t envie de plats chauds et r\u00e9confortants.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019o\u00f9 la polenta bien cr\u00e9meuse pour en faire un d\u00eener parfait, avec quelques copeaux de formage pour mon mari et un oeuf au plat pour ma fille. Bien s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper la c\u00e9bette en fines rondelles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e9langer dans le saladier les radis et la c\u00e9bette de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 bien les enrober.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson ou de silpat et enfourner \u00e0 190\u00ba chaleur tournante pour 20\/25 minutes en remuant de temps en temps. Les radis doivent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer mais rester al dente. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la polenta<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire bouillir l\u2019eau et le lait avec le sel et y verser la polenta en pluie doucement tout en fouettant pendant environ 3 minutes \u00e0 feu vif.
