Laisser bouillir pour obtenir un sirop l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter la poudre d\u2019amande et m\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois environ 3 minutes pour obtenir une boule de p\u00e2te qui se d\u00e9colle des parois de la casserole, bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mettre dans un saladier, recouvrir de papier film et laisser la p\u00e2te refroidir un peu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors le \u00bd blanc d\u2019oeuf tr\u00e8s progressivement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bine incorpor\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9paration.
