Ils doivent \u00eatre al dente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rincer les haricots blancs s\u2019ils sont en conserve et bien les \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher les carottes et avec l\u2019\u00e9plucheur les d\u00e9couper en fines lamelles ou copeaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019oignon nouveau et le d\u00e9couper en fine brunoise. Le faire revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans une petite goutte d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour qu\u2019elle soit bien tendre. D\u00e9glacer au vinaigre balsamique, saler et poivrer. Emulsionner avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et r\u00e9server pour le dressage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les noisettes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire dorer selon les indications du fabricant vos g\u00e9siers de canard confits et bien les \u00e9goutter de leur graisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au moment de servir, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et saucer avec la vinaigrette pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.
