{"id":29024,"date":"2021-06-02T08:00:19","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T07:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=29024"},"modified":"2021-06-08T11:59:13","modified_gmt":"2021-06-08T10:59:13","slug":"condimento-hojas-de-rabano-ajo-negro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/fr\/condimento-hojas-de-rabano-ajo-negro\/","title":{"rendered":"CONDIMENT FANES DE RADIS &#038; AIL NOIR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Pour bien d\u00e9marrer le mois de Juin, je vous propose une recette <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/fr\/category\/aqui-no-se-tira-nada\/\">#Z\u00e9ro D\u00e9chets<\/a> comme je les aime.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une alternative au pesto classique \u00e0 base de pignons et basilic qui \u00e0 la maison \u00e0 moins de succ\u00e8s que le <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/sopa-completa-de-pistou\/\">pistou proven\u00e7al<\/a> vegan en prime.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le blog il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/aprovechando-que-es-gerundio-pesto-de-hojas-de-rabanos\/\">un pesto aux fanes de radis<\/a> publi\u00e9 il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien longtemps (plus de 5 ans\u2026). Mais au fil des ans je lui ai apport\u00e9 quelques petites touches en plus qui le rendent encore meilleur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour apporter de la douceur, je rajoute une belle poign\u00e9e de persil aux fanes de radis et surtout, la grande nouveaut\u00e9, c\u2019est que j\u2019utilise de l\u2019ail noir pour le parfumer.<\/p>\n<p>Le go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s particulier de l\u2019ail noir arrondit le c\u00f4t\u00e9 herbac\u00e9 des fanes et un petit go\u00fbt, sans la sensation d\u2019ail cru. css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien nettoyer les fanes de radis et les feuilles de persil. Bien les s\u00e9cher (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral je les pr\u00e9pare dans l\u2019essoreuse \u00e0 salade et c\u2019est parfait).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans le bol d\u2019un mixeur \u00e0 lame, m\u00e9langer les fanes, le persil, l\u2019ail noir et la fleur de sel. Mixer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement puis ajouter progressivement l\u2019huile d\u2019olive en mixant pour bien lier la pr\u00e9paration.
