R\u00e2per et faire cuire s\u00e9par\u00e9ment (au micro-ondes dans un bol envelopp\u00e9 de papier film et perfor\u00e9 en 2 endroits par exemple\u00a0: 2 mn pour la courgette et 4 mn pour la carotte).
