D\u00e8s que j\u2019ai des courgettes en quantit\u00e9, j\u2019adore les farcir, aussi bien<a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/calabacin-relleno-de-salmon-y-ricotta\/\"> avec du saumon<\/a> qu\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/calabacin-relleno-de-tomate-mozzarella-chorizo\/\">avec du chorizo &amp; de la mozzarella<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la version du jour, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un m\u00e9lange thon et ricotta, tr\u00e8s doux et parfum\u00e9 que nous aimons tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, vous aimez farcir les l\u00e9gumes? Couper les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau et bien s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couper dans la longueur et placer face coup\u00e9e vers le bas sur une feuille cuisson. Enfourner pour 10\/20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00ba chaleur tournante, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles ramollissent un peu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re parisienne, \u00e9vider le centre de la courgette pour faire de la place pour la farce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hacher finement ces petits morceaux de courgette apr\u00e8s les avoir bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s avec l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e9langer avec le thon, l\u2019oeuf et la ricotta. Saler, poivrer et rajouter la chapelure pour avoir une texture pas trop liquide. Mettre dans une poche \u00e0 douille pour facilirer le remplissage des courgettes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Remplir les courgettes et les saupoudrer d\u2019un m\u00e9lange fait de la CS* de chapelure restante et du parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.
