C\u2019est bon, c\u2019est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s facile, bref parfait!<\/p>\n<p>La version d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui comporte des crevettes mais du poulet, du boeuf, du tofu ou du tempeh pour des versions v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, coup\u00e9s en fines lamelles feront tr\u00e8s bien l\u2019affaire en ajustant les temps de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>La petite touche en plus de ce plat c\u2019est le jeu des condiments, mais si vous ne les avez pas tous sous la main, ce sera aussi tr\u00e8s bon quoique moins exotique :o)<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez l\u2019habitude de cuisiner au wok? Ajouter les oignons rouges \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en fines demi-lunes, y compris la partie verte (r\u00e9server quelques anneaux pour la pr\u00e9sentation).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire sauter 2 minutes \u00e0 feu vif et ajouter les poivrons sans graines et d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en fines lamelles. Faire sauter 2 minutes de plus et ajouter le miel, la sauce soja, le nuocmam.
