Placer dans une passoire et saupoudrer de sel pour laisser d\u00e9gorger. Compter 15\/20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour la sauce, m\u00e9langer le sucre blanc avec 1CS* d\u2019eau chaude pour le dissoudre. Puis ajouter le vinaigre de cidre et la sauce soja, bien m\u00e9langer. Terminer par l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same en fouettant et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rincer les concombres d\u00e9gorg\u00e9s et les s\u00e9cher sur un torchon propre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Egoutter l\u2019algue wakam\u00e9 et bien la s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rassembler dans un saladier les concombres et le wakam\u00e9 coup\u00e9 en lamelles fines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser la sauce dessus et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement.
