Chauffer une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 fond clair et verser le sucre progressivement sur une couche r\u00e9guli\u00e8re mais pas trop \u00e9paisse\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p
