Facile, pas vrai?<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re fois que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des sardines fa\u00e7on beccafico le succ\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 tel que c\u2019est devenu une de mes recettes fetiches avec des sardines.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, vous aimez les manger comment vos sardines? M\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un plat \u00e0 four et y d\u00e9poser une 1\u00e8re couche de sardines pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. Saupoudrer de chapelure parfum\u00e9e et reformer une couche de sardines, saupoudrer de chapelure. Recommencer jusqu\u2019\u00e1 \u00e9puisement des ingr\u00e9dients en terminant toujours par de la chapelure.
