Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux entre 20 et 30 minutes selon votre riz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rincer le reste des \u00e9pinards et les \u00e9goutter puis les faire sauter tr\u00e8s bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive bien chaude.
