Attention car cela peut \u00e9clabousser et br\u00fbler. Bien m\u00e9langer et remettre sur le feu pour que le caramel soit bien liquide et homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter alors le beurre et la fleur de sel. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9partir dans 6 petites verrines en r\u00e9servant environ 2 belles cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es pour la suite. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la semoule de riz au lait<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer le lait et d\u00e8s \u00e9bullition y verser la semoule de riz en pluie en m\u00e9langeant au fouet \u00e0 feu moyen environ 8 minutes, la texture va \u00e9paissir d\u2019un coup. Y ajouter le caramel r\u00e9serv\u00e9 et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser d\u00e9licatement sur la couche de caramel sal\u00e9 et laisser ti\u00e9dir avant de r\u00e9server au frigo si vous les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez froids.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ces verrines sont tout aussi d\u00e9licieuses ti\u00e8des que froides, \u00e0 vous de choisir.
