Quand on d\u00e9marre la cuisson de la confiture, on glisse au cong\u00e9lateur une petite assiette (question d\u2019espace disponible dans ledit cong\u00e9lateur j\u2019imagine). Quand la confiture commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement quand elle commence \u00e0 redescendre en volume, on verse une cuill\u00e8re ou deux de confiture sur la petite assiette froide. Si les gouttes se figent, c\u2019est que la confiture est pr\u00eate.
