Every month<\/span>\u00a0I look forward to<\/span>\u00a0the summary of<\/span>\u00a0monthly<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Bread<\/span>\u00a0Baking\u00a0<\/span>Day<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0This event<\/span>\u00a0created 4<\/span>\u00a0years ago by<\/span>\u00a0Zorra\u00a0<\/a>for lovers of<\/span>\u00a0homemade bread<\/span>\u00a0is<\/span>\u00a0for me\u00a0a monthly appointment. Every month, we learn something new, discover new breads and blogs, so nice and tasty.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This month<\/span>, I am in charge of the round up and\u00a0<\/span>I am absolutely delighted<\/span>\u00a0by all<\/span>\u00a0the tasty\u00a0<\/span>breads<\/span>\u00a0for a picnic<\/span>\u00a0that have been arriving<\/span>\u00a0throughout the\u00a0<\/span>month in my mailbox.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nI was surprised by<\/span>\u00a0the variety<\/span>\u00a0of breads<\/span>\u00a0and modes of<\/span>productionways of preparing them.<\/span>There are<\/span>\u00a0breads\u00a0for everyone!<\/span>\u00a0Breads<\/span>\u00a0with<\/span>\u00a0short and long\u00a0<\/span>fermentation, using\u00a0<\/span>sourdough<\/span>\u00a0or yeast<\/span>, filled or flavoured<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0sweet or savory<\/span>\u00a0…<\/span>It is impossible not<\/span>\u00a0to find<\/span>\u00a0the perfect bread for everyone!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I am very glad because this month, some of the recipes come from people\u00a0who had never<\/span>\u00a0participated before and decided to contribute this month f<\/span>or the first time<\/span>\u00a0:o)<\/p>\n

I was also very excited because people from across the world participated even though\u00a0outside temperatures<\/span>\u00a0are not the most<\/span>\u00a0suitable\u00a0<\/span>for a picnic<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

And I am very happy to offer in the round up some specific gluten-free breads for people with celiac disease. I am sure that my cousin will be so glad with them!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
